TENDERS HAVE BEEN ANNOUNCED FOR INFRASTRUCTURE WORKS TO BE IMPLEMENTED IN THE BAYANKHOSHUU AND SHARKHAD SUBCENTERS

 

🇲🇳 Under the subproject “Affordable Green Housing and Climate Resilient Urban Renewal in Ulaanbaatar”, tenders have been announced for the following works to be implemented in the Bayankhoshuu and Sharkhad subcenters:

➡️ Expansion works of the main line of Collector No. 1 of the wastewater pumping station in the Sharkhad subcenter,

➡️ Relocation works of Well No. 277 in the Bayankhoshuu subcenter,

➡️ Installation and setup of energy storage systems at the Bayankhoshuu and Sharkhad subcenter sites.

✅ These works are important for ensuring the preparedness of core engineering infrastructure in the subcenters, improving the accessibility and reliability of basic services, and supporting the implementation of future housing development.

🇲🇳✅ In addition, relevant stakeholders are working to ensure the preparation and implementation of financing for the next phase of the project. In this context, UBIM is participating in the preparatory stage of the project through the “Eco District Affordable Green Housing Fund,” in which it holds unit rights.
