SPACEX’S IPO IS AT THE CENTER OF GLOBAL CAPITAL MARKET ATTENTION
SpaceX, founded by Elon Musk, is accelerating preparations for its planned IPO in June 2026, making it one of the most closely watched transactions in the global capital markets this year.
According to Reuters, the company is aiming to raise up to USD 75 billion through the IPO and reach a market valuation of around USD 1.75 trillion, while some sources have also discussed a valuation scenario exceeding USD 2 trillion.
The lead underwriters of the IPO include Morgan Stanley, Bank of America, Citigroup, JPMorgan Chase, and Goldman Sachs, with a large syndicate of more than 20 banks reportedly participating in the transaction.
If executed at the planned scale, SpaceX would immediately rank among the world’s largest companies by market capitalization and is expected to become a benchmark transaction shaping the tone of the global IPO market in 2026. (Source: Apex)
