PARTICIPATED IN THE “ULAANBAATAR CITY DEVELOPMENT PROJECT BRIEFING” INFORMATION SESSION

 

The team of UBIM actively participated, in accordance with the assigned schedule, in the “Ulaanbaatar City Development Project Briefing” information session organized by the Governor’s Office of the Capital City.

During the session, the Unified Project Management Office presented to affiliated agencies of the Capital City on the progress, implementation status, and future plans of major projects and development works currently underway in Ulaanbaatar.

The presentation covered the following major projects:

Ulaanbaatar Tram

Bus Rapid Transit /BRT/

Cable Car Transport

First and Second Ring Roads

Multi-level Interchanges

Underpass Beneath the Railway

Selbe Housing Development

Bayankhoshuu and Khanyn Material Housing Development

Thermal Power Plant No. 5

Waste-to-Energy Plant

Sludge Incineration Plant

Emeelt Eco Industrial Park

Tuul Reservoir Complex

This information session is of significant importance in providing an integrated understanding of the implementation progress, interlinkages, and future objectives of the Capital City’s major development projects, ensuring consistency of information across organizations, and strengthening future cooperation based on shared and factual information.

UBIM is working in professional collaboration to support financing and investment solutions for the Capital City’s strategically important mega projects and to expand the potential of non-budgetary funding sources.
