“FINANCING SOLUTIONS FOR MONGOLIA’S DEVELOPMENT” EVENT TO BE ORGANIZED

 

The Ministry of Economy and Development of Mongolia, together with the Development Bank of Mongolia, will jointly organize the “Financing Solutions for Mongolia’s Development” event from May 4–8, 2026.

The event will discuss Mongolia’s development policy, priority sectors, financing structures for development projects and programs, investment opportunities, asset management, and cooperation frameworks.

2026.05.04 — Mongolia’s development policy, priority directions, and cooperation

2026.05.05 — Financing structures and requirements for development projects and programs

2026.05.07 — Funding sources and investment opportunities for projects

2026.05.08 — Asset management and cooperation

The event is expected to play an important role in identifying sustainable financing sources for development projects and strengthening cooperation among the public sector, private sector, and financial institutions.

UBIM, in cooperation with “DBM Asset Management Securities Company” LLC, a subsidiary of the Development Bank of Mongolia, established “EDAF” Private Investment Fund LLC, the unit right holder of the 4,200 apartment housing project. The project is being implemented under the subproject “Affordable Green Housing and Climate-Resilient Urban Renewal of Ulaanbaatar City.”
