INFRASTRUCTURE DEVELOPMENT OF THE “EMEELT ECO INDUSTRIAL PARK” TO BE ACCELERATED
At its regular meeting, the Government of Mongolia instructed relevant ministers to accelerate the infrastructure development of “Emeelt Eco Industrial Park” JSC and resolve the required financing and concessional loan sources.
The “Emeelt Eco Industrial Park” is planned to be established to relocate leather and processing factories currently operating in Ulaanbaatar’s residential areas into a standardized and environmentally friendly industrial zone.
The park will be developed on 539 hectares in Shar Khov Khooloi, 13th khoroo of Khan-Uul District, approximately 30 km from the city center. It is expected to provide factories with integrated infrastructure, engineering networks, and a production environment that meets environmental requirements.
