U.S. EQUITY MARKETS OPEN AUGUST WITH RECORD-BREAKING GAINS

 

U.S. equity markets began August on a strong note, with the Dow Jones Industrial Average closing at a new record high. At the same time, the S&P 500 and Nasdaq Composite also posted solid gains, reflecting renewed investor confidence.
