CAPITAL CITY DEVELOPMENT FUND
We are working with the aim of contributing to the development and construction of the Capital City and investing in cooperation with professional investors in socio-economically profitable/efficient, mid - to long-term projects and programs that are concordant with the General Plan for Development in Ulaanbaatar City and the Concept of Sustainable Development in Mongolia.

Investment Fund Objectives:
- To contribute to the construction and development of the capital city in accordance with general development plan of Ulaanbaatar city and government of Mongolia
- To invest in social-economically efficient and medium or long term projects
- To cooperate with institutional investors

- Debt instruments of company, not publicly traded in regulated market
- Derivative financial instruments
- Foreign and national currencies
- Gold and other commercially available mining products
- Ownership of real estate and movable estate
- Securities issued by foreign government
- Asset backed securities issued in accordance with law on asset backed securities
