WORKING GROUP CONDUCTED PERFORMANCE EVALUATION OF UBIM

In accordance with the Mayor of the Capital City and Governor of Ulaanbaatar’s directive on “Evaluating the Performance of Organizations”, a joint working group comprising relevant municipal bodies conducted a performance evaluation at “UBIM”, a municipally owned company.

The working group assessed the company’s 2025 operational objectives, implementation progress, performance indicators, documentation, policy and planning alignment, and overall results in line with approved criteria and methodologies, and provided relevant recommendations and guidance.

The working group highlighted that UBIM is implementing investment and financing solutions aligned with the capital city’s policies and development goals, while actively working to strengthen corporate governance, transparency, and accountability.

The results of this evaluation are aimed at reinforcing performance based management across municipal organizations and enabling more effective and optimized planning of future activities.
