PARTICIPATION IN AN INTERNATIONAL INVESTMENT EVENT IN BEIJING

Representatives of Mongolia took part in the “Mongolia’s Capital Market Connectivity: Beijing (Investment and Mining)” event currently being held in Beijing, People’s Republic of China.

Representing UBIM, the delegation included Mr. M. Munkhjargal, Head of and Fund Mangement Department; Ms. B. Azzaya, Senior Inspector of the Internal Audit and Risk Division, and M. Bayarmanla, Senior Legal Counsel.

Since 2023, this event has been organized as a series by the Financial Regulatory Commission and the Mongolian Association of Securities Dealers with the aim of promoting Mongolia’s capital market internationally and increasing foreign investor participation. This year, the event is being jointly implemented with the Ministry of Industry and Mineral Resources of Mongolia.

Within the framework of the event, Mr. M. Munkhjargal delivered a presentation introducing the company’s operations, ongoing investment projects and programs, and highlighted opportunities to finance Ulaanbaatar city’s development projects through the capital market, as well as potential areas for cooperation.

Participation in this event is of significant importance as it enables direct presentation of Ulaanbaatar’s development projects to international investors, initiates practical cooperation, and contributes to increasing foreign participation in Mongolia’s capital market.
