REGULAR BRIEFING OF CAPITAL CITY SENIOR OFFICIALS HELD

The regular briefing of Ulaanbaatar City’s senior officials was held today, with Mrs.G. Gangamurun, CEO of “UBIM”, participating in the meeting.

During the briefing, reported that the implementation of 19 tasks assigned at the previous meeting has reached 88% completion.

The meeting also reviewed the progress of capital city procurement activities and major mega projects.

Tuul Expressway – Design completion 92.9%, construction preparation 32.4%

Thermal Power Plant V – Land clearance and financing activities ongoing

Cable Car Transport System – Construction 54% complete, 28 cabins delivered to the warehouse

Ulaanbaatar Metro – EPC+F tender announced, to be opened in May

Selbe 20-Minute City – Selection process for the public zone has begun

Dedicated Bus Lane Project – Feasibility study 90% complete

Tuul Water Complex – Feasibility study 90% complete

Ulaanbaatar’s strategic development projects are progressing as planned and have entered a tangible implementation phase.
