“UBIM” "Capital City Property Relations Department"

 

Since 2024, the Capital City has been taking systematic measures to the long-term free and improper use of municipal buildings and facilities, which had led to the deterioration of their condition and appearance. As a result of this effort, implemented jointly with the Governor’s Office of Ulaanbaatar, 15 municipal buildings and facilities have been reclaimed and their registration and utilization have been normalized.

Within this framework, UBIM held a meeting with Mrs. V. Oyumaa, Head of the Capital City Property Relations Department (CPRD), to discuss opportunities for placing the reclaimed assets into economic circulation, improving their management and utilization, and attracting investment through joint cooperation.

During the meeting, the parties exchanged views on ensuring the efficient, transparent, and sustainable use of municipal property, aligning these assets with the city’s development policies and projects, and expanding off-budget financing sources, and agreed on the future direction of cooperation.
