🇲🇳 Ulaanbaatar City is implementing its projects and programs within the framework of five core laws, creating a legal environment that supports public, private partnerships. This was announced by the First Deputy Governor of the Capital City, T. Davaadalai.

✅ In 2025, the capital city has:

Contracted 10 out of 16 mega projects

Implemented and continued around 200 small and medium-sized projects and programs

➡️ Legal basis for ongoing projects

✔️ Law on Public Procurement (Tender Law) – Selbe City, Khunnu City, Emeelt Eco Park, Tuul Expressway

✔️ Law on Public, Private Partnership – 5 Power Plant, Waste to Energy Plant

✔️ Law on Redevelopment of Urban Areas – Khan-Uul Housing Area, obsolete residential buildings

✔️ Law on Reducing Traffic Congestion and Housing Ger Districts – Land clearance for Selbe City

✔️ Law on the Legal Status of Khunnu City – 15 infrastructure packages (70% completion)

➡️ In addition, under intergovernmental agreements:

🔘 Cable car transport system

🔘 Bayankhoshuu housing development project

are being implemented in cooperation with international organizations.

🇲🇳✅ UBIM, plays a strategic role in attracting and managing investments in capital- and national-level infrastructure, urban development, energy, housing, and industrial projects, turning sustainable development into reality through this legal and institutional framework.
