MEETING HELD WITH WORLD BANK REPRESENTATIVES ON FINANCING OPPORTUNITIES FOR THE “ULAANBAATAR TRAM” PROJECT

🇲🇳 Representatives of the Board and management team of the UBIM, led by Chairman of the Board L. Khosbayar, held a meeting with representatives of the World Bank to discuss financing opportunities, the investment structure, and the next stages of implementation of the “Ulaanbaatar Tram” project.

🌏📊 The meeting was attended by World Bank specialists in infrastructure, transport, and financing. The parties exchanged views on potential approaches to improving public transport accessibility in Ulaanbaatar, reducing traffic congestion, and implementing a sustainable urban transport solution in a financially efficient manner.

🚊✅ The “Ulaanbaatar Tram” project is a strategically important initiative aimed at modernizing the capital city’s public transport system, reducing urban congestion, and enabling faster and more accessible mobility for residents. Expanding cooperation with international financial institutions and developing an optimal financing structure are key to the successful implementation of the project.
