ADVANCED LEVEL MEETING HELD ON FINANCING SOLUTIONS FOR THE DEVELOPMENT PROJECTS OF KHUNNU CITY

🇲🇳✅ The management team of UBIM, together with the working group, held a meeting with B. Gunbold, Chief Executive Officer of “Khunnu City Development Corporation” LLC, and other relevant representatives.

➡️ During the meeting, the parties exchanged views on the current progress of Khunnu City’s development, ongoing activities, and the projects and measures required for further implementation.

✅ The parties emphasized the need to address engineering networks, energy, and water supply infrastructure in phases to accelerate the development of the new settlement area.

✅ In this regard, the parties held professional level discussions on potential bond issuance, investment structure, project revenue streams, repayment sources, and risk allocation.

📊 Going forward, the parties agreed to further define feasible projects in detail and continue discussions on financing options and the next stage of cooperation.
