110 GREEN HOUSING UNITS COMMISSIONED IN BAYANZURKH DISTRICT

 

Within the framework of the “Ulaanbaatar Green Affordable Housing Project” being implemented in the Sharkhad Sub center, 19th khoroo of Bayanzurkh District, the first phase 110 unit green residential building has been approved for permanent operation.

The State Commission meeting to hand over and review the building was held on July 3, 2026. Based on the fulfillment of the relevant assignments and requirements, a decision was made to accept the building for permanent use.

The construction works of the 110 unit green housing building were carried out by Nutgiin Buyan Group LLC, while the internal roads and external landscaping works of the residential complex were completed by Erchimt Tsamkhag LLC. The automation works for the engineering systems were implemented by Digital Power LLC. The operating entity of the building will be Capital City Housing Corporation JSC.

Under the project, a total of 5,000 housing units are planned to be developed in two phases. As part of the first phase, 13 residential blocks comprising 462 units are being constructed in the Bayankhoshuu Sub center, and 10 residential blocks comprising 338 units, together with service facilities, are being developed in the Sharkhad Sub center.

UBIM, through the “Eco District and Affordable Green Housing Fund”, in which it holds unit rights, is working to ensure the financing preparation and implementation of the project’s second phase, which includes 4,200 housing units.
