MEETING HELD ON INVESTMENT OPPORTUNITIES FOR A RENEWABLE ENERGY PROJECT

🇲🇳 G. Gangamurun, Chief Executive Officer of UBIM, together with the management team, held a meeting with representatives of an organization implementing a renewable energy project.

✅ During the meeting, the parties exchanged views on the implementation progress, investment and financing opportunities, and potential areas of further cooperation for a renewable energy project consisting of a solar power plant and a battery energy storage system to be implemented in Bayanchandmani soum, Tuv aimag.

✅ The project is expected to generate approximately 37.1 GWh of clean energy annually and has the capacity to supply electricity to around 20,000 households. It is considered an important initiative for supporting energy supply stability and expanding environmentally friendly solutions.

✅ In addition, by increasing renewable energy generation, the project has the potential to reduce approximately 29,492 tons of CO₂ emissions annually, making it a significant project in support of green development and the clean energy transition.

🇲🇳✅UBIM continues to work on exploring investment opportunities for green development, infrastructure, and energy projects to be implemented in the capital city, attracting
non budgetary financing sources, and expanding domestic and international partnerships.
