✅ Within the framework of this agreement, the parties will explore opportunities for joint investment in projects and programs in the fields of agriculture, crop farming, medicinal plant cultivation, tourism, and healthcare, while also providing professional advisory services related to the establishment of an investment fund.

📊 “Global Shan Group” operates in the areas of international investment, project development, and business cooperation. Through its investment company located in the Hainan Free Trade Zone, the group has gained experience in implementing investment activities in international markets.

✅ The parties will work to further define potential joint projects in areas such as peri urban and regional agriculture, agro production, medicinal plant cultivation, processing industries, tourism, healthcare services, equipment, and infrastructure, including project research, financing structures, implementation feasibility, and legal compliance.

➡️ Under the agreement, the parties will prepare a list and presentations of potential projects to be jointly reviewed, conduct preliminary studies for each investment area, and gradually develop the structure, operational scope, and financing opportunities of the investment fund.

budgetary financing sources, develop new investment opportunities, and expand cooperation with both international and domestic investors.
