STRUCTURAL FRAMEWORK COMPLETED FOR 20 TWELVE STOREY RESIDENTIAL BLOCKS UNDER THE SELBE 20-MINUTE CITY PROJECT

🇲🇳 As part of the Selbe 20-Minute City project one of Ulaanbaatar’s flagship urban development initiatives the structural framework and reinforced concrete works for 20 twelve storey residential blocks have been fully completed out of the 113 residential buildings planned under the project. Construction has now advanced to the next phase, including masonry works, installation of engineering utilities, and interior finishing preparations.

✅ The 20 residential blocks are scheduled to be commissioned in the second quarter of 2027.

🏗️ Currently, 1,474 engineers and technical personnel, supported by approximately 60 units of specialized construction equipment, are working on site to carry out foundation works, reinforced concrete construction, and structural framework installation in accordance with the project schedule.

🌿 The Selbe 20-Minute City project is designed as a comprehensive urban development rather than a conventional housing project. In addition to residential buildings, it will integrate schools, kindergartens, healthcare facilities, commercial and service centers, office space, sports and cultural facilities, recreational areas, and green public spaces, creating a modern, mixed-use community where residents can conveniently access essential daily services within a short travel time.
