SECURITIES MARKET TRADING VOLUME UP 69% YEAR ON YEAR

 

🇲🇳 According to the Financial Regulatory Commission of Mongolia, total trading volume in Mongolia’s securities market reached MNT 348.9 billion during the first half of 2026, representing a 69% increase compared to the same period of 2025 and a 2.9-fold increase compared to the first half of 2022.
✅ Trading composition:
* 28.0% – Asset-Backed Securities (ABS)
* 22.9% – Investment Fund Units
* 19.7% – Equities
* 17.2% – Government Domestic Securities
* 12.2% – Corporate Bonds

📈 A total of 641 regulated entities are currently operating in Mongolia’s capital market, including 52 securities firms, 48 private investment funds, and 38 investment management companies, all of which play an important role in advancing the country’s capital market.

🏆 UBIM received a 94.4% rating in the “Corporate Governance Code Compliance Assessment – 2025” conducted by the Financial Regulatory Commission, ranking 2nd among investment management companies.
