FOLLOW-UP MEETING HELD WITH THE LEADERSHIP OF JJP SERVICES SA, SWITZERLAND

 

The management team of UBIM held a follow up meeting with Mr. Mickael Schemoul, President, and Mr. Luc Fellay, Chief Executive Officer of JJP Services SA, a Swiss company.

During the initial meeting held on 19 January 2026, the parties exchanged views on potential areas of cooperation and the overall strategic direction of a future partnership. Building upon those discussions, this follow up meeting focused on identifying practical areas of collaboration, investment opportunities, and projects with strong implementation potential.

JJP Services SA is an international advisory firm with extensive experience in the planning and delivery of international events, urban development projects, strategic consulting, and investment management.

During the meeting, the parties held in depth discussions on expanding international market access for Mongolian startups through the Capital City Startup Support Fund, which is managed by UBIM. Discussions focused on promoting innovative Mongolian products and services internationally, strengthening export opportunities, and fostering strategic global partnerships.

The parties also agreed to further develop cooperation in the following areas:

* Advancing Ulaanbaatar’s international events ecosystem;

* Aligning urban branding and public space development with international best practices;

* Attracting investment flows and translating joint initiatives into bankable, implementable projects;

* Connecting Mongolia’s startup ecosystem with international investors, strategic partners, and global innovation networks.

The meeting concluded with a mutual commitment to advance the partnership to its next stage and to jointly develop a roadmap for future collaboration.
