🇲🇳 The process of submitting the Pre Appointment Private Interest Declaration (PPID) of individuals nominated for public office to the Independent Authority Against Corruption (IAAC) for review is now conducted entirely through an electronic system.

💻 Authorized officials of appointing organizations access the PPID electronic system to submit nominees’ information together with the required supporting documents directly to the IAAC. The IAAC conducts its review and returns its official conclusion through the same platform, ensuring greater transparency, efficiency, and timeliness throughout the appointment process.

✅ This digital solution streamlines document exchange, shortens administrative processing time, and strengthens preventive measures against conflicts of interest. It also contributes to enhancing transparency, accountability, and integrity within the public service. Appointment decisions are subsequently made in accordance with applicable laws and regulations, based on the IAAC’s review and conclusion of the submitted PPID.
