INVESTMENT AND GLOBAL MARKET ACCESS OPPORTUNITIES FOR STARTUPS DISCUSSED

 

🇲🇳 Representatives of UBIM, met with David Koh, Chairman of the Board of IMPACT FOUNDATION, and representatives of Bright Tamara, an international business consulting firm, to discuss opportunities to support startup development and enhance the investment readiness of startups in Mongolia.

🇰🇷 IMPACT FOUNDATION supports startups through startup identification and development, investment-readiness support, accelerator programs, and business advisory services. Its IMPACT UPI program provides selected startups with 16 weeks of training, mentorship, and business development support, helping them strengthen their business capabilities, connect with potential investors, and improve their prospects for securing investment.

➡️ During the meeting, the parties discussed identifying high potential startups in Mongolia, strengthening their investment readiness, and facilitating their participation in accelerator and mentorship programs.

✅ The parties also discussed potential cooperation through the K-Scouter program, implemented by the Republic of Korea’s Ministry of SMEs and Startups and the Korea Institute of Startup & Entrepreneurship Development (KISED), to connect technology startups in Mongolia with Korea’s startup ecosystem and investors and support their entry into the Korean market.
