UBIM LLC AND GOVI-ALTAI PROVINCE SIGN MEMORANDUM OF COOPERATION

 

The CEO of Ulaanbaatar Investment & Management UBIM LLC, Mrs6 G. Gangamurun, and the Governor of Govi-Altai Province, Mr. G. Chinbat, signed a Memorandum of Cooperation.

The purpose of the memorandum is to align with Mongolia’s long-term development policy “Vision–2050” and the province’s 2021–2025 and 2024–2028 development programs, and to jointly advance projects that strengthen the region’s economic foundation—particularly in energy, housing, infrastructure, and green development.

Within the scope of this cooperation, the two parties will work together to:

                •Provide financing and investment support for provincial development projects

                •Implement public–private partnership (PPP) projects

                •Mobilize off-budget financial resources and provide capital-market advisory services

                •Create conditions for attracting strategic investment.

This partnership represents an important step toward the phased implementation of major projects in renewable energy, housing, and infrastructure in Govi-Altai Province, contributing to the strengthening of the provincial economy.
