UBIM LLC ORGANIZES TRAINING PROGRAM IN GOVI-ALTAI PROVINCE

 

🇲✅ A delegation led by G. Gangamurun, CEO of Ulaanbaatar Investment & Management UBIM LLC, together with Kh. Ankhsuren (Head of Investment & Project Management Department), M. Munkhjargal (Finance Manager), Z. Nomin-Erdene (Domestic Market Relations Manager), and N. Ser-Od (IT Security Manager), successfully conducted a training program in Govi-Altai Province titled “Mobilizing Off-Budget Financing Through the Capital Market and Participating in the Capital Market.”

 Held on October 30, 2025 at the Governor’s Office of Govi-Altai Province, the training brought together:

✅ Governor G. Chinbat

✅ Chair of the Citizens’ Representative  L. Nasanbuyan

✅ Members of the Provincial agency heads, and specialists — a total of 120 officials

 

During the main session, CEO G. Gangamurun delivered a keynote presentation on “From Investment to Development…”, discussing opportunities for financing local development projects through the capital market. UBIM and the provincial leadership agreed to work together on:

                •Designing development projects tailored to the local context

                •Structuring bond financing models

                •Exploring opportunities for green-fund investments

This collaboration aims to strengthen Govi-Altai Province’s ability to attract investment and implement sustainable development projects.
