UBIM LLC UNDERGOES NATIONAL INSPECTION ON RECORDS AND ARCHIVAL MANAGEMENT

 

In accordance with Government Resolution No. 23 issued on July 9, 2025, a nationwide inspection is being conducted to assess the records management, archival operations, and organizational workflow of public institutions.

As part of the scheduled inspection program, a working group conducted an official review at Ulaanbaatar Investment & Management UBIM LLC on November 5–6.

 

➡️ The working group consisted of:

                S. Boldoo, Senior Specialist at the Monitoring, Evaluation and Local Administration Operations Division, Governor’s Office of Ulaanbaatar City

                B. Adiyaasüren, Senior Archivist at the State Archives Division, Ulaanbaatar City Archives Authority

                O. Jugdernamjil, State Inspector for Records and Archival Control at the Planning and Professional Management Division, Ulaanbaatar City Archives Authority

The team assessed UBIM LLC’s organizational workflow, planning, records and archival management, and evaluated the company’s compliance with relevant archival and documentation legislation.

 UBIM LLC is working toward enhancing its records and document-management practices by transitioning to a fully digital, standardized document-management system, ensuring greater efficiency, transparency, and modern institutional governance.
