UBIM LLC MEETS WITH MANAGEMENT TEAM OF SELENGE PROVINCE’S FREE ZONE

 

🇲🇳 The CEO of Ulaanbaatar Investment & Management UBIM LLC, Mrs. G. Gangamurun, held a meeting with the management team of the Altanbulag Free Zone in Selenge Province. During the meeting, he presented the key projects being implemented under the “From Investment to Development – 2025” program, as well as new models for investment management and public–private partnerships tailored for regional development.

 The meeting covered:

  •The current state of infrastructure and ongoing investment activities in the Altanbulag Free Zone

   •Opportunities for UBIM’s investment funds to support regional economic growth by strengthening local participation and private-sector collaboration

    •International best practices (e.g., IFEZ, TFEZ) on free-zone governance, tax incentives, and infrastructure policy, and possibilities for adapting such models locally

     •Proposals to establish a “Selenge Development Corporation” to jointly develop and finance the province’s investment projects

UBIM LLC also emphasized that the active involvement and support of Selenge Province are crucial to the successful development of the free zone, expressing its commitment to jointly developing a sustainable investment-attraction framework for the region.
