“BUSINESS READINESS” TRAINING SUCCESSFULLY CONDUCTED

 

 Ulaanbaatar Investment & Management UBIM LLC, in cooperation with the German International Cooperation Agency (GIZ) under an ongoing joint program, successfully organized the training program titled “Business Readiness.”

 The goal of the training was to equip aspiring entrepreneurs and small and medium-sized business owners with essential skills in finance, marketing, sales, and contract law, and to support them in developing sustainable and resilient businesses.

📌 Training topics included:

 

✅ Methodology for developing financing and investment project proposals

✅ Brand development and marketing strategy

✅ Sales techniques and negotiation skills

✅ SME fundamentals and contract law

 

➡️ Participants gained practical business skills and foundational knowledge to further develop their business ideas and prepare their projects for potentialinvestment.
