UBIM Board of Directors meeting held

The Board of Directors of Ulaanbaatar Investment and Management JSC convened an extraordinary meeting to discuss several key issues related to the 2026 budget and investment policy, as well as changes in corporate governance.

Key issues discussed included:
   •   Performance results for 2025;
   •   Implementation of assignments and directives issued by the Governor of the Capital City and Mayor of Ulaanbaatar;
   •   Matters related to the dismissal and appointment of the Board Secretary, along with other operational issues.

The Board of Directors of Ulaanbaatar Investment and Management JSC continues to meet on a regular basis to professionally manage and oversee the financing and investment aspects of the Capital City’s strategic projects, while also working consistently to enhance the quality of corporate governance.
