UBIM Holds Online Meeting with the Governor of Baruunbüren Soum, Selenge Province

Ulaanbaatar Investment and Management JSC held an online meeting with the Governor of Baruunbüren Soum, Selenge Province, to exchange views on local development policies and potential investment areas.

During the meeting, the Governor presented an overview of Baruunbüren Soum’s current development status, local infrastructure conditions, job creation opportunities, and projects and programs that could be implemented within the framework of green development. The parties also discussed opportunities for cooperation on locally adapted housing model projects, modernization of engineering infrastructure, financing mechanisms to support small and medium-sized enterprises, and the development concept of an economic zone.

From UBIM’s side, investment solutions supporting sustainable local development and the green economy were introduced, with emphasis on the availability of necessary research and feasibility studies, financing models, and public–private partnership (PPP) opportunities.

As a result of the meeting, the parties identified directions for further cooperation and agreed to jointly conduct on-site assessments and preliminary studies in the next stage.
