UBIM Holds Online Meeting with Orkhon Sum, Selenge Province

Representatives of Ulaanbaatar Investment and Management JSC—including the heads of the Finance and Funding Department, Investment and Project Management Department, and Operations and Compliance Department—held an online meeting with G. Baasansüren, Governor of Orkhon Soum, Selenge Province, and D. Lkhagvadorj, Chairman of the Soum Citizens’ Representative Khural.

During the meeting, the parties exchanged views on expanding cooperation between the capital city and the province, exploring regional development investment opportunities, and identifying areas for joint projects. Discussions focused on aligning Ulaanbaatar’s experience and UBIM’s ongoing projects with provincial development policies in areas such as infrastructure, housing development, tourism, and green development.

Ulaanbaatar Investment and Management JSC presented new models for attracting local investment and financing solutions, and both sides expressed their intention to deepen cooperation in specific priority areas going forward.
