Regular Board Meeting of UBIM Held

The Board of Directors of Ulaanbaatar Investment and Management JSC held its regular meeting, during which members reviewed and discussed the year-end operational activities, financial performance, and the outcomes of implemented projects.

During the meeting, G. Gangamurun, Chief Executive Officer, presented an overview of the company’s 2025 activities, its support for the Capital City’s development projects, and the results of investment organization and management.

The Board concluded that the company’s operations had been implemented in line with planned directions and in coherence with policy objectives, and discussed the general direction of the 2026 budget and operational plan as part of matters to be addressed going forward.

The Board emphasized the importance of implementing investment projects aligned with the Capital City’s development policy based on market principles, enhancing project quality and efficiency, and maintaining sound financial management in future activities.
