📍 THE CAPITAL CITY’S SENIOR OFFICIALS HELD A REGULAR MEETING

🇲🇳  А regular briefing meeting of the Capital City’s senior officials was held, attended by G. Gangamurun, Chief Executive Officer of “Ulaanbaatar Investment and Management JSC,” a municipally owned company.

✅ During the meeting, Mayor H. Nyambaatar announced that in 2026 the Capital City will provide comprehensive support to businesses and implement concrete policies to genuinely improve the business environment.

➡️ He stated:
“Construction and development projects were launched in 2025. In 2026, we will fully support national manufacturers, SMEs, and developers. To achieve this, we will streamline permit and documentation procedures, and change the service approach of energy, water, and heating supply organizations. Support will be provided to all businesses—from neighborhood grocery stores to top enterprises.”

✅ At the meeting, preparations for land clearance related to investment and construction projects planned for 2026 were presented. It was noted that 4,729 hectares of land (20,218 land units) are planned to be cleared within the framework of 408 projects and activities this year. In addition, implementation plans for sub-center developments, road infrastructure, and social infrastructure construction projects were discussed.
