“UBIM” ,“Agro City” Special Economic Zone

 

The Executive Director of UBIM, Mrs. G. Gangamurun, together with the management team, held a meeting with Mr. G. Batbayar, Governor of the Agro City Special Economic Zone, and relevant representatives to advance the project into the implementation phase.

During the meeting, the parties discussed key issues including the financing structure, investment model, construction phases, baseline infrastructure conditions, and the preparation of documentation for investors, and reached a shared understanding on implementing the cooperation.

Within the framework of developing the Agro City Special Economic Zone into a regional hub for food, manufacturing, and logistics, UBIM is providing professional support through research, planning, and financing solutions.
