MEMORANDUM OF UNDERSTANDING FOR COOPERATION SIGNED

On June 4, 2025, Mrs. G. Gangamurun, CEO of the capital city-owned Ulaanbaatar Investment Management Securities Company LLC, organized a meeting with organizations serving as startup hubs—incubators and supporters of startup businesses. During the meeting, the parties exchanged views and signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) to establish mutual cooperation.

This partnership will serve as a platform for joint efforts to support startup businesses in alignment with the operations of the Capital City Startup Support Fund. It aims to strengthen public-private collaboration, introduce and develop new financial products, and organize forums, training sessions, investor information days, and public engagement events. Additionally, it will promote digital system integration and provide a wide range of benefits.

The meeting was attended by executives from “FUNDIA” LLC, a company specializing in crowdfunding, as well as “STARTUP TERMINAL” LLC, “M STARS TECH” LLC, “STARTUP MARKETING SPACE” LLC, and “BEL INVESTMENT” LLC—all of which are engaged in startup support and investment promotion. The participants expressed their commitment to future collaboration.
