PROJECT ON AFFORDABLE HOUSING & CLIMATE-RESILIENT URBAN RENEWAL RECOGNIZED AS BEST PRACTICE

The 48th annual meeting of the Association of Development Financing Institutions in Asia and the Pacific (ADFIAP) was held in Muscat, Oman, from April 23 to 25.

Representatives from the Development Bank of Mongolia and DBM Asset Management LLC attended the event.

      The project titled “Affordable Housing and Climate-Resilient Urban Renewal in Ulaanbaatar” won the ADFIAP Awards 2025 under the “Outstanding Environmental Project” category.

      UBIM is participating in the project as a unit holder on behalf of the capital city, contributing to both financing and operational structuring.
